Dr. Emi Barresi is the Founder of HEARTH Leadership LLC, where she partners with organizations to train leaders and teams to thrive in the accelerating world of tech in the workplace. As the creator of the Human Ethics Approach for Remote and Tech-Hybrid (HEARTH) Team Leadership Model, she helps businesses integrate technology in ways that elevate humanity instead of replacing it, fostering workplaces that are innovative, ethical, and people-centric through leadership development and risk mitigation.
With over 15 years of experience in technology-driven transformation, leadership development, and remote teaming, Dr. Barresi equips organizations with practical strategies to strengthen collaboration, improve performance, and prepare organizations for the future of work. She is also a speaker on digital ethics and human-centric technology integration, sharing insights that inspire leaders to adopt solutions that balance innovation with responsibility.
Dr. Barresi holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her passion lies in helping businesses design equitable, flexible, and forward-thinking solutions that drive sustainable success while keeping people at the center of progress.
